Executive Vice President, Operations
Kim Morano, Executive Vice President of Operations, has been with BLS for over 17 years. Kim has concentrated mainly in operations,
human resources and finance, although she has a working knowledge of most aspects of the business. Kim became a fast learner
under the watchful eyes of Don Butler, founder, during her tenure as his executive assistant.
Kim has been a member of the top management committee since 1996. She is currently a member of the company’s Executive
Management Team, contributing greatly to its strategic planning and growth. Her sense of urgency and quality awareness positions her
as a strategic leader at BLS.
Kim has completed many BLS programs and is passionate about the company’s ability to truly change lives. Her broad knowledge of the
business has come from working closely under the direction of Don Butler, founder, and his successor, Bob Butler, now President and
CEO. Kim shares the vision of the Butlers.
Kim is now responsible for the operational infrastructure of Butler Learning Systems™. She and her team are dedicated to delivering
exceptional products and services to our customers - on time, every time. Her attitude is contagious as she “puts the customer first”
above all else.
In addition to her operational responsibilities, Kim is also responsible for finance and human resources development.
